Zoning management
We will take care of the whole process of obtaining zoning decision for your investment project
We will provide:
• site inspection
• preparation of the technical report
• preparation of project documentation for zoning permission
• subsequent addressing of all participants in the proceedings and affected organisations in accordance with law
• incorporation of all the documents required in the project documentation for the zoning permission
• preparation of pre- and post-realisation route surveys
We run our own process tracking system
Thanks to our tracking system to monitor submissions cycle, deadlines and urging authorities to deliver submissions within the statutory deadlines, we are able to minimise unwanted delays in proceedings.
Once all the formalities have been taken care of, we will submit an application for planning permission to the local authorities and discuss all the necessary formalities and as a result we will deliver a legally valid planning permission.

Announcements of small constructions
Notification to the building office is necessary in cases when you are developing a small building that complements the main building, as well as in building modifications, where the appearance and use of the building is not changed, when you do not interfere with the supporting structures of the house and do not threaten the stability of the house.
Also, notification to the building authority is required for telecommunication buildings. Moreover, there are strict requirements for high-speed internet in buildings. We have many years of experience with this kind of connections. We will be happy to provide you with a custom solution to arrange the notification at the local authority.

Construction permits
If you are planning an investment project, we can arrange for you a turnkey building permit. The whole process includes:
• preparation of the technical report,
• preparation of project documentation for the zoning permit for the location of the building and subsequently
• building permit
For individual procedures, we will ensure that all parties and organisations concerned are contacted.
Depending on the specification of your project (intravilan/extravilan/merged procedure), we will subsequently incorporate all the obtained statements and permits into the project documentation for the building permit. We will also craft a pre- and post-realisation route surveys.
After all the formalities have been taken care of, we will submit the application for the building permit to the building authority and as a result we will deliver the legally valid building permit.
Geodetic services
We offer all types of surveying work. Thanks to our many years of experience in engineering, surveying and civil engineering, we can provide the investor or a designer with a sufficiently detailed and optimally scoped survey of the site, indicating the existing utilities and the status of the land register. We also attach the necessary GIS files for utility managers to the resulting documentation. On the basis of the survey we can prepare a geometric plan.
